Smetanka Park Olomouc

Smetanka Park is a development project in Olomouc comprising both residential and commercial spaces. The project is set to include over 1,100 apartments located within walking distance—approximately one kilometer—of the railway station. Underground levels will house parking spaces, storage units, and retail areas, such as shops and cafés. The project is situated in the regional city of Olomouc, the sixth-largest city in the Czech Republic, located north of the city center near the main railway station and Tovární Street.
