A logistics hall constructed near Poznań in collaboration with the developer Panattoni. Spanning over 35,000 square meters, the 12-meter-high building offers ample space, including office facilities. The facility was built in accordance with sustainability standards and has achieved official BREEAM certification. The first phase of the project is complete and has been handed over to the logistics company PEKAES – Geodis RoadNetwork and the Danish textile manufacturer KVADRAT ACOUSTICS.
