Pavel Fráňa
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he oversees the performance of the Board of Directors and the company’s activities.
He has an excellent track record in the legal practice area, in which he primarily focuses on commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as litigation. He gained his experience as a long-term partner of the Advokátní kancelář Hartmann, Jelínek, Fráňa a partneři, s.r.o. legal office.
He has also served as a member of the Board of the international Alliance of Business Lawyers. Since 2004, he is an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. He practices as a registered mediator. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he obtained JUDr. and Ph.D. degrees.
