Juraj Černička

He is responsible for assessing the risks associated with transactions and participates in their approval within the Investment Committee.
Juraj is involved in the management of the Group’s financial activities and uses his extensive experience to do so. He has been active in the commercial and investment banking industry for over 25 years.
He worked at LBBW Bank, Expandia and ING Bank, including 14 years as a member of the Board of Directors with responsibility for Treasury, Corporate Banking and MA.
He graduated from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava and has an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
